The Dogwood Invitational exists to support amateur golf at the highest level; and through its overall fundraising efforts, present the Wayne Reynolds College Scholarship to a Georgia student who represents the virtues of hard work, commitment to golf and academic achievement. In 2020, we also began the tradition of awarding a college scholarship to an employee of the Druid Hills Golf Club who has also demonstrated the commitment to academic achievement and strong character. Proceeds also benefit the Georgia State Golf Association and via their junior golf initiatives help to grow the game. These efforts are the means in which we all give back to our community as a club.
